Fresh Herb Tuna Cakes

  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. greas glass baking dish
  3. Mix all ingreadients in large bowl and season to tast with salt and pepper.
  4. divide mixture into 4 even cakes, using hands to mold them into flat round shapes.
  5. Put cakes into prepared dish and bake for 20 to 15 min or until light golden brown.
  6. serve warm.

pouches, shallot, lemon juice, dill, basil, parsley, tesp of cyan pepper, tesp, eggs, olive oil, mustard, garlic, bread crums
