Fresh Herb Tuna Cakes
- 2 Cans or pouches of chunky tuna
- 1 chopped shallot
- 1 tbl spoon of lemon juice
- 3 tbl spoons of chopped dill
- 3 tbl spoons of chopped basil
- 3 tbl spoons of chopped parsley
- 1/2 tesp of cyan pepper (or to taste)
- 1/2 tesp of crushed red pepper(or to tast)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbl spoon of olive oil
- 4 tbl spoons of dijon mustard
- 1 tbl spoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup bread crums
- Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
- greas glass baking dish
- Mix all ingreadients in large bowl and season to tast with salt and pepper.
- divide mixture into 4 even cakes, using hands to mold them into flat round shapes.
- Put cakes into prepared dish and bake for 20 to 15 min or until light golden brown.
- serve warm.
