Kelsey Spaghetti
- 6 cans (14.5 oz. ea) tomatoes - emulsify in blender
- 3 cans (14.5 oz. ea) tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 clove garlic chopped into small pieces
- 3 tablespoons Basil
- 3 tablespoons Oregano
- 4 ounces Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup port wine* OPTIONAL
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 Cans of spam diced to 1/2"
- 3 pounds mixed Ground Chuck and Italian Sausage
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cook all ingredients on low in deep pan for 4 to 6 hours. Let cool then refrigerate overnight. Next day scoop grease from top and warm for dinner.
- Directions:
- For Spaghetti Sauce: Combine all ingredients and cook on low in crock pot
- For Meatballs: Combine ingredients with hands - form meatballs and add to sauce, after dicing SPAM add to sauce as well.
- Cook all ingredients on low in pot for 4 to 6 hours. Next day scoop grease from top and warm for dinner.
