Grilled Marinated Chicken

  1. Place chicken breasts in shallow pan.
  2. Combine salad dressing mix and oil.
  3. Pour over chicken breasts; toss to coat well.
  4. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  5. Place chicken on greased grill over glowing coals.
  6. Grill, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender, brushing frequently with marinade.
  7. Remove from grill. Place vegetables on grill; turn frequently until just crisp, about 3 minutes.
  8. Place romaine lettuce on serving platter.
  9. Arrange chicken breasts on lettuce with broccoli and peppers.
  10. Sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper if desired.
  11. Makes 6 servings.
