Sweet 'N Sour Chicken

  1. Brown chicken in oil.
  2. Add garlic, green peppers and carrots. Saute briefly.
  3. Add bouillon, soy sauce, sherry, vinegar, sugar, ginger and pineapple with juice.
  4. Bring to a full boil.
  5. Stir in rice (optional).
  6. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
  7. Cooked rice can be served on the side.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
