Volcano Salad

  1. Prepare chicken by boiling it and debone and dice.
  2. Cool chicken.
  3. Thicken broth with cornstarch.
  4. Prepare rest of ingredients into individual bowls.
  5. Prepare the rice.
  6. It takes about 5 minutes.
  7. Place on plate in following order:
  8. rice, chicken, gravy, pineapple, onion, celery, sunflower kernels, coconut, chow mein noodles and gravy again.
