Pink Stuff (Cranberry Salad)
- 2 cups cranberries (thawed or frozen)
- 1 c sugar
- 1 pkg mini marshmallows (small 16oz)
- 1 tub cool whip (8oz) (thawed)
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- Day before:
- 1. Chop cranberries in electric grinder or food processer. Mix sugar and cranberries in a small storage container and place in fridge.
- 2. In a large bowl mix cool whip with marshmallows. Cover mixture with cling wrap and refrigerate (or put in covered container).
- Day of:
- 3. Open and drain the small can of crushed pineapple. Add the drained pineapple to the cranberry and sugar mixture.
- 4. Fold the cran, sugar, and pineapple mixture into the cool whip and marshmallows. Cover the pink stuff with wrap and refrigerate for an hour or more before serving with the rest of the meal.
