Turkey-Bean Chili

  1. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a 3-quart casserole.
  2. Cover and microwave at High 5 to 6 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink, stirring once.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Add tomato sauce, beans, salt, pepper, chili powder and cumin.
  5. Cover; microwave at High 10 to 12 minutes, stirring after 6 minutes.
  6. If desired, garnish with sour cream and green onions.
  7. Yields 5 cups.
