Shrimp Scampi Over Garlic Spinach
- 1 Pound of Shirmp
- 6 Cloves of garlic (Chopped)
- 5 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 of White Wine
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 pound of spinach
- 1 tbsp of parsley
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In one pan put in 1 tbsp of Olive Oil. set it to a medium heat. After the oil has heated up throw in the 3 chopped cloves of garlic. After the garlic starts to brown walk throw in the spinach.
- In a second pan throw in the 4 tbsp of Olive Oil. After that set it to a medium high heat after heated drop in 3 Cloves of garlic. Then drop in the shrimp add a dash of salt and pepper. Then the white wine. Let it cook for about 2 minutes then throw in the red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
- Gently toss the shrimp mixture and the spinach for about 5 minutes then serve.
