Ichiban Coleslaw
- half a head of cabbage, shredded
- 2-3 carrots, finely shredded
- 2 tablespoons sesame seed
- 1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 2 teaspoons flax seed
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/3-1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 package crunched Ichiban Noodles
- Dressing:
- The chicken flavouring from the Ichiban Noodles
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 9 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Toss together all the salad ingredients.
- Mix seperately the Dressing ingredients.
- Put on the dressing just before serving.
