Chili-Glazed Salmon

- 1/4 cup(s) honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) bourbon
- 2 tablespoon(s) chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) lime zest
- 1 teaspoon(s) lime juice
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- Directions
- 1.In a small bowl, combine honey, bourbon, chili powder, ginger, salt, pepper, lime zest, and lime juice.
- 2.Place oven rack about 6 inches from broiler. Preheat broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place salmon fillets, skin side down, on foil. Spoon honey mixture over salmon. Broil until glaze is bubbling and salmon is no longer opaque in the center, about 8 minutes.
