Mom'S Gazpacho Plus

  1. Combine all ingredients (except the pepper) and refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
  2. Serve with dollop of sour cream and croutons.
  3. We usually double the recipe and skip the green pepper.
  4. Another genius idea is skipping the tomato juice, and pureeing half of giant bowl to create the "stock."
