Six Times Chili
- 6 tablespoons olive oil.
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 2 pounds ground sirloin.
- 1 can chili-hot beans.
- 1 can light red kidney beans.
- 1 can dark red kidney beans.
- 1 can chopped tomatoes.
- 1 can tomato sauce.
- 1 can tomato paste.
- 2 tablesponns pepper
- 2 tablespoons cumin.
- 2 tablespponns chili powder.
- Six more optional additions:
- 2 cups carrots.
- 2 tablespoons salt.
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce.
- Heat the oil. Brown the celery and onions (and carrots). Add the ground sirloin. Mix. Brown over high burner. Add all other ingredients (and salt and hot sauce). Mix. Simmer 60 minutes. Serve.
