Easy Indian Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and onions.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes stirring constantly.
  4. Add the zucchini for 7 minutes.
  5. Add the mushrooms, tomato until zucchini is almost tender.
  6. Add chicken and heat through still stirring.
  7. Add soy sauce and spices.
  8. Mix well and serve.
