Three Bean Casserole
- 3 1# Cans of Baked Beans, original recipe, not the flavored kind
- 2 15 oz. Cans Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained
- 1 Can Small White Beans in Sauce OR 2 cans butter beans, drained
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 1/4 C Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Hot Chinese Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper OR California Pepper Blend
- 3/4 Cup Ketchup
- 2 Hot Links, cut in half lengthwise and then cut into thin slices
- 1/2 Rope (more or less) Polska Kielbasa--don't use the all beef kind, cut into coins
- 1 Cup Chopped Ham
- Mix everything together and bake uncovered for 1-2 hours at 350u0b0. Stir occasionally while cooking. It's done when the onions are clear.
- You can also add small red beans, pinto beans, or any other kind of white beans. If you use butter beans or lima beans, add them after everything else has been mixed together, or they will fall apart and turn into mush.
