Beef Buffet Casserole

• 1 1/2 lb. ground round
• 1/3 c. chopped onion
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1 tsp. basil
• 1 tsp. marjoram
• 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
• 8 oz. noodles
• 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
• 1 c. sour cream
• 1/3 c. chopped green olives

1. Brown beef in a skillet.
2. Add onion and cook 10 minutes.
3. Add tomato sauce and seasoning, simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
5. Blend cheese and sour cream.
6. Add olives and mix with noodles.
7. Spread about 1/2 the mixture in a greased 3 quart baking dish.
8. Top with 1/2 the meat sauce then add remaining noodles and meat sauce mixture.
9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes. Serves:
