Beef Buffet Casserole
- 1 1/2 lb. ground round
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 8 oz. noodles
- 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. chopped green olives
- Brown beef in a skillet.
- Add onion and cook 10 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce and seasoning, simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
- Blend cheese and sour cream.
- Add olives and mix with noodles.
- Spread about 1/2 the mixture in a greased 3 quart baking dish.
- Top with 1/2 the meat sauce then add remaining noodles and meat sauce mixture.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes. Serves:
