Taylor Ham, Egg & Cheese Panini Wrap

  1. 1. Assemble the sandwiches by laying open the wraps and placing the ham, then the cheese, then the tomatoes and a tablespoon of pesto on each wrap.
  2. 2. Divide the scrambled eggs evenly between the four sandwiches.
  3. 3. Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll up the wrap from the bottom to form a burrito-style sandwich.
  4. 4. Cook in a preheated panini maker or heat a medium size cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Spray wrap and place in the pan. Weigh it down with the other cast-iron skillet and cook until light brown and crispy. Flip the sandwich and repeat on the other side.
  5. 5. Remove sandwich to a preheated warm oven while you prepare the other wraps.
  6. 6. Repeat with remaining wraps and serve warm.
