Sweet And Sour Chicken(Chinese)

  1. In large skillet or wok, stir-fry onion in garlic and ginger in hot oil for 1 minute.
  2. Add peppers and stir until crisp-tender.
  3. Remove from pan and add chicken.
  4. Stir-fry until cooked.
  5. Return vegetables to pan.
  6. Mix cornstarch with soy sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar and sugar.
  7. Pour into pan.
  8. Add pineapple chunks.
  9. Bring to a full boil.
  10. Serve with hot rice.
  11. Makes 4 servings.
