Sausage-Potato Bake
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken or celery soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. thinly sliced, peeled potatoes
- 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
- Crumble sausage in skillet and cook; drain.
- Mix together soup, milk, onion, pimento, green pepper, salt and pepper.
- Place half of potatoes in greased, 2-quart casserole.
- Add half of sausage, then half of soup mixture.
- Repeat layers.
- Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Remove cover; sprinkle with cheese and bake another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
