Sausage-Potato Bake

  1. Crumble sausage in skillet and cook; drain.
  2. Mix together soup, milk, onion, pimento, green pepper, salt and pepper.
  3. Place half of potatoes in greased, 2-quart casserole.
  4. Add half of sausage, then half of soup mixture.
  5. Repeat layers.
  6. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Remove cover; sprinkle with cheese and bake another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
