Baked Chocolate Pudding

  1. Sift all dry ingredients together.
  2. Combine Crisco, vanilla and milk.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add nuts and mix.
  5. Pour into greased baking dish (5 x 9-inch or 8-inch square).
  6. Cover with this mixture.
  7. Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa.
  8. Sprinkle over batter in dish.
  9. Pour 1 cup water over all.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
  11. If you use a glass dish, bake at 325u0b0.
  12. Tastes best while warm and you can add ice cream if desired.
