Chicken-Lemon Chicken (Mom)

  1. 1.tombine chicken breasts and lemon juice in a bowl just large enough to hold them comfortably. Cover and marinate overnight, turning occasionally
  2. 2.the next morning, drain chicken, pat dry and place in a ziplock bag containing the flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Shake.
  3. 3.treheat oven to 350u0b0
  4. 4.try chicken in corn oil until well browned and crisp (about 10 minutes)
  5. 5.tlace chicken in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with lemon zest and brown sugar
  6. 6.tix chicken stock and lemon extract and pour over chicken
  7. 7.tlace a thin lemon slice over each chicken breast
  8. 8.take at 350u0b0 for 35-40 minutes
