Awesome Chunky Guacamole
- 4-5 ripe Avocados
- 3-5 vine ripe tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- Crushed ready to use garlic
- Tabasco Sauce
- Lime Juice
- Sea Salt
- Ground Black pepper
- Halve the avocados and remove all the insides with a spoon and place in a large bowl.
- Dice the tomatoes (removing the seeds) as well as about 1/3 of the red onion and place in bowl.
- Add a 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic.
- (note: the amount of garlic, onion and tomato is up to your individual taste - this recipe is for a chunkier guacamole).
- Shake in Tabasco sauce and Lime Juice (to taste) and stir in.
- Shake in a good amount of the sea salt. You'll need more than you think, but go slow and keep tasting as you stir the ingredients in.
- Add black ground pepper or more Tabasco as needed to spice it up as desired.
- Remove to smaller bowl if desired.
- If not eating right away, cover with saran wrap, pushing the wrap right down on top of the guacamole so as to keep air from making contact.
- Chill in the refrigerator for an hour and you are ready to devour some great guac.
- Serve with tortilla chips or other dipping chip/cracker.
