Awesome Chunky Guacamole

  1. Halve the avocados and remove all the insides with a spoon and place in a large bowl.
  2. Dice the tomatoes (removing the seeds) as well as about 1/3 of the red onion and place in bowl.
  3. Add a 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic.
  4. (note: the amount of garlic, onion and tomato is up to your individual taste - this recipe is for a chunkier guacamole).
  5. Shake in Tabasco sauce and Lime Juice (to taste) and stir in.
  6. Shake in a good amount of the sea salt. You'll need more than you think, but go slow and keep tasting as you stir the ingredients in.
  7. Add black ground pepper or more Tabasco as needed to spice it up as desired.
  8. Remove to smaller bowl if desired.
  9. If not eating right away, cover with saran wrap, pushing the wrap right down on top of the guacamole so as to keep air from making contact.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour and you are ready to devour some great guac.
  11. Serve with tortilla chips or other dipping chip/cracker.
