S&E Portobello Sausage Burgers

  1. for burgers: chop and mince in mixer onion and mushroom. saute. once cooled, add sausage and spices with S&P. chill for 45 min.
  2. Mayo: puree mayo, roasted red peppers & siracha.
  3. bbq roasted red peppers and let sit in paper bag.
  4. bbq burgers and top with everything.
  5. enjoy!
