Grilled Chicken And Bocconcini Wraps

  1. Marinate chicken in 1 of the cloves of garlic, 1/2 cup chicken stock and half of the lemon juice for at least 1 hour. Grill over med coals.
  2. Marinate fresh mozzarella in remaining garlic, lemon and chicken stock.
  3. Wash and stem basil leaves. Place leaves on top of each other and roll lengthwise and slice into thin strips,add to cole slaw.
  4. Slice grilled chicken.
  5. Assemble:
  6. Chapati, coleslaw (salt and pepper), mozzarella, chicken and wrap burrito style. Cut in half, diagonally and serve.
