Sundae Brownie Pie
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. Reese's peanut butter chips
- ice cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- syrup
- Heat oven to 375u0b0.
- Prick bottom and sides of crust.
- Bake crust 10 minutes and remove from oven.
- Meanwhile, in large bowl, beat eggs and stir in sugar and butter.
- Stir together flour, cocoa and salt, then add to butter mixture.
- Stir in vanilla, chips and nuts.
- Pour into crust and bake 25 to 30 minutes until set.
- Pie will not test done in center.
- Serve warm or cool with ice cream; drizzle with topping.
- You may also garnish with chocolate kisses if desired.
