Pork With Garlic And Crushed Pepper Mu Kratiem Phrik Thai

  1. Make a paste of the garlic and black pepper by pounding it with mortar and pestle ( I started by mincing garlic in a press).
  2. Cooking pan at medium heat with oil. Coat pan well. When quite hot, add garlic/pepper paste. Stir fry until golden and aromatic. High heat then add pork and stir fry 30+ seconds. Stir in soy sauce. Add sugar and stir fry until dissolved and blended. Add fish sauce and stir fry until pork is tender and cooked through.
  3. Serve on jasmine rice.
