Three Bridges Creamy Cheddar Mac & Cheese Pot Pies
- 2 package Three Bridges Creamy Cheddar Mac & Cheese Kits
- 1 cup milk (for meal kits)
- 2 package Pillsburry butter flake crescent rolls (8. oz tubes)
- 2 cups turkey/chicken, chopped
- 1 cup peas and carrots, frozen
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray the ramekins with cooking spray.
- Prepare Three Bridges Creamy Cheddar Mac & Cheese Kit per directions. Add frozen peas and carrots and leftover turkey, mix to combine.
- Fill Ramekins with the cooked mac & cheese mixture.
- Unroll the crescent rolls and press the diagonal seams triangles together to form eight rectangles. Roll the rectangles out to form a square and make a size that will cover the top of the ramekins.
- Place the dough over the ramekins and press them to seal in place. Cut 4 vent holes into top of dough.
- Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 11-13 minutes until dough is cooked and golden brown. Carefully remove from oven and let rest 2 minutes.
