Country Style Chicken Noodle Casserole

  1. Cook noodles as directed; drain.
  2. In saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter; blend in flour.
  3. Add broth and cream, stirring until thickened.
  4. Add cooking wine, salt and pepper.
  5. In medium skillet, melt remaining butter.
  6. Add mushrooms.
  7. Cook until tender.
  8. Add mushrooms and chicken to sauce.
  9. Pour in a greased 2-quart casserole.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes until cheese is golden.
  12. Serves 6.
