Fudge-Filled Pinwheels

  1. Combine dough ingredients in food processor until ball forms. Refrigerate at least one hour, or overnight.
  2. Mix ingredients for filling together, blending well.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On floured surface, roll dough into 12" X 12" square; cut into smaller 2 1/2" squares. Place rounded teaspoon of filling in center of each square. Bring two opposite corners of the square together over filling and twist to seal.
  4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake about 20 minutes.
