Nate'S Amazing Bean Dip

  1. Pre-work
  2. - chop garlic and onions finely
  3. - Chop tomatoes into little cubes
  4. - Chop cilantro finely
  5. - chop dried peppers very finely
  6. - chop jalepenos finely
  7. - Shread Cheese
  8. Mix
  9. 1. Heat a large sauce pan on medium, add olive oil.
  10. 2. Add Onions and Garlic. Simmer until softened.
  11. 3. Add ground beef
  12. 4. Add basalmic vinegar and a splash of olive oil.
  13. 5. Add black beans, jalepanos and various peppers.
  14. 6. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
  15. 7. Cook until ground beef is grey.
  16. 8. Add refried black beans, mix in.
  17. 9. Pour in bottom of cooking bowl (recomend glass cassarole dish)
  18. 10. Add layer of both types of cheese.
  19. 11. Bake at 250 until cheese is bubbling.
  20. 12. Add layer of cilantro and tomatoes.
  21. 13. Add layer of both types of cheese.
  22. 14. Sprinkle cilantro on top.
  23. 15. Bake until cheese is bubbling on top.
