Gina'S Slow Cooker Pork Butt (Or Shoulder) Tacos

  1. put chopped onion on the bottom of the slow cooker
  2. make a paste with the seasoning and the lime juice
  3. spread paste on the outside of the pork
  4. place pork on top of the onions in the slow cooker
  5. put peppers on top
  6. pour enchilada sauce around the pork
  7. cook on low in slow cooker for 9 hours
  8. put more lime or cilantro when finished if desired
  9. Serve in warm tortillas with taco fixin's!
