Bog Bread

  1. In a mixing bowl cream all ingredients other than flour, cranberrys, and any nuts. Mix well. Mix in flour, then stir in cranberries and any nuts.
  2. Grease and flour a standard, 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for an hour. (Test with fork or toothpick in the middle.) Invert pan onto a rack. Let cool. Slice, and enjoy cranberry goodness. (Even my cairn terrier likes this bread.)
