Cran-Orange Oatmeal Pecan Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F (175u0b0C)
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the Crisco, water, brown sugar, egg, orange zest, orange juice and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together.
  3. Mix the dry into the wet ingredients until well combined. Then stir in the nuts and dried fruit. Bake for 10-12 minutes and cool on a wire rack
