Apple Dapple Cake
- 12 Cup Bundt Pan
- 3 Eggs
- 1 C. Cooking Oil
- 2 C. Sugar
- 1/4 C Water
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- Beat above ingredients well.
- 3 C. Sifted Flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 C. Chopped Apples
- 1 C. Chopped Nuts
- Topping
- 1 C. Brown Sugar
- 1/4 C Milk
- 1/2 C. Butter
- Mix together and boil 3 minutes.
- Beat wet ingredients well. Mix dry ingredients and add to the wet mixture. Pour into 12 Cup Bundt pan and bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
- Leave cake in pan while making topping. When topping is done, turn cake out of pan, and pour 1/3 of topping over it. Replace cake in pan and pour remainder of topping over it. Let stand in pan for 5 minutes and then turn out onto plate.
