White Meat Loaf With Sun-Dried Tomatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Cover tomatoes with water.
  3. Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Remove from water and chop.
  6. Mix tomatoes with remaining ingredients.
  7. Season with pepper and cayenne pepper to taste.
  8. Place in a nonstick loaf pan.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes or until juices run clear when a knife is inserted into the center.
