Mexican Chalupa

  1. Put beans, meat, 7 cups of water, onion, garlic,seasonings, green chilies in a large pot. Simmer (covered)for 5 hours until meat begins to to fall apart. The last hour (6th) uncover and continue cooking & stirring.
  2. Serve over chips (Fritoes or tortilla chips)
  3. Serve with: tomatoes, avacados, chopped onions,shredded lettuce, choped black olives, grated cheddar and hot sauce.
  4. Enjoy!!
