One-Pot Turkey Tetrazzini

  1. Saute onion in butter in large heavy pot until tender.
  2. Add broth, water and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add spaghetti gradually so liquid continues to boil.
  5. Cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until tender.
  6. Add more water, if needed.
  7. Set aside 1/4 of pimento for garnish.
  8. Add remaining ingredients to spaghetti, cover and heat for 3 minutes.
  9. Turn into serving dish. Garnish with pimento and parsley.
