Thanksgiving Or Everyday Stuffing

  1. Cook 1 cup wild rice until soft or done, let stand and cool. *You may also use the prepackaged cooked wild rice (brand-Fall River Valley) in a vacuumed packed pouch, however this can be difficult to find in grocery stores).
  2. Wash mushrooms under cold water, dry completely. Saute mushrooms with butter and garlic until soft.
  3. In another pan, brown the ground beef and Jimmy Dean Sausage, add onion and celery near the end of the browning process.
  4. In large bowl, mix meat mixture with sauted mushrooms/butter & garlic. Add broth, soup, sage, wildrice and stuffing. Mix well and place in large cassarole or baking pan.
  5. Cover w/aluminum foil and bake 1hr at 350*. Uncover last 20 minutes and let the top brown.
