Chicken Pot Pie

  1. 1. heat oven to 450. Coat bottom of two pie plates with cooking spray.
  2. 2. combine flour and broth. bring to boil, add milk and celery. simmer 3 min. Stir in chicken, vegies, onion, parsley thru pepper.
  3. 3. spoon into plates
  4. 4. top with crust
  5. 5. before baking, vent a brush with egg. Bake @450 for 15 min, reduce to 350 and bake add 25 to 30 min.
  6. 6. cool slightly before serving
