Chicken Pot Pie
- 1 14 oz pkg pie crusts
- 1/3 c flour
- 1 14oz can chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c fat-free milk
- 1 c diced celery
- 3 c cubed cooked chicken
- 1 10 oz frozen mixed vegies, thawed
- 1 T dried onion flakes
- 1 T dried parsley
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1. heat oven to 450. Coat bottom of two pie plates with cooking spray.
- 2. combine flour and broth. bring to boil, add milk and celery. simmer 3 min. Stir in chicken, vegies, onion, parsley thru pepper.
- 3. spoon into plates
- 4. top with crust
- 5. before baking, vent a brush with egg. Bake @450 for 15 min, reduce to 350 and bake add 25 to 30 min.
- 6. cool slightly before serving
