Sunny'S Sweet Potato & Carrot Tzimmes

  1. Cook the sweet potatoes and carrots in water first (do not over cook. just until firm)
  2. Drain and then saute potatoes, carrots spices, prunes, apricots, raisins in onions and margarine
  3. Nuke it or bake before ready to serve. always better the next day because the juices soak into it......
  4. yummy in the tummy!

onion, chicken, carrots, sized sweet potatoes, prunes, apricots, golden raisins, honey, oranges, outer, cinnamon, nutmeg, kosher salt
