Cajun Shrimp

  1. Mix together the pepper, Cajun seasoning, garlic, salt, thyme, olive oil and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
  2. Preheat large cast iron pan on medium/high heat for 30-60 seconds.
  3. Place shrimp in an even layer in the pan.
  4. Pour spice mixture over the shrimp.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes (depending on size) until the shrimp turn pink and begin to curl.
  6. Reduce heat to medium.
  7. Add the lemon wedges while squeezing slightly.
  8. Begin adding the butter cubes 3-4 at a time.
  9. Once the butter is melted, remove from heat.
  10. Serve immediately with a crusty bread loaf.
