Jolly Old St. Nick Cake
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus cake mix (any flavor)
- water
- oil
- eggs
- frosting and decorations
- 1 can Pillsbury frosting
- 1 drop red food color
- miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 tsp. red food color
- gumdrops
- string licorice
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Angel food cake mix and 2 2/3 cups water.
- Add "A" mix and mix in large stainless steel bowl (Kitchen Aid).
- Mix for 2 minutes on slow.
- Whip until peaks don't fall. Put into large bowl.
- Sprinkle 1/4 flour ("B" package) onto whipped eggs at a time, then fold.
- Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Spread evenly.
- Cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Let cool 35 to 45 minutes. Marshmallows should be spread like a beard; gumdrops as eyes.
- Ice cake with icing evenly, then chow.
