Jolly Old St. Nick Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Angel food cake mix and 2 2/3 cups water.
  3. Add "A" mix and mix in large stainless steel bowl (Kitchen Aid).
  4. Mix for 2 minutes on slow.
  5. Whip until peaks don't fall. Put into large bowl.
  6. Sprinkle 1/4 flour ("B" package) onto whipped eggs at a time, then fold.
  7. Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
  8. Spread evenly.
  9. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
  10. Let cool 35 to 45 minutes. Marshmallows should be spread like a beard; gumdrops as eyes.
  11. Ice cake with icing evenly, then chow.
