The Sausage & The Roasted Peppers In The Pink Sauce

  1. 1.took past as directed on box al dente. Drain well and set aside.
  2. 2.try sausage in olive oil, drain well & set aside.
  3. 3.tn low heat fry onion and garlic but don't brown. About 4-6 minutes.
  4. 4.tdd all ingredients except pasta, peas & cream to a sauce pot bring to a simmer then reduce heat and cook on low for 1 hour.
  5. 5.tith 5 minuets left stir in peas and cream.
  6. 6.tdd pasta to sauce and toss
