Linguini Con Fruiti Di Mari
- 1 Pkg Knorr White Cream Sauce mix. 1.8oz.
- 2-1/2 cup milk substitute as in (Vitamite) or milk if desired.
- 2 tbs Butter.
- 1 tbs Garlic powder.
- 1 tsp Oregano.
- 1 tsp Parsley.
- 1/4 cup white wine.
- 1/4 lb of each-shrimp, scallops, crabmeat.
- 4 lge cloves garlic-finely chopped or minced.
- 1 tbs olive oil.
- Salt & pepper to taste.
- 1 lb linguini. Angel hair pasta makes a fine substitute.
- Grated romano cheese.
- Saute garlic for 5 min in hot oil in the same medium saucepot to be used for sauce & seafood.
- Prepare white sauce in that saucepot and add butter,oregano garlic powder and parsley.
- To prepare seafood, cut all into bite size pieces.
- Add to sauce just before serving and simmer 20 minutes.
- Prepare Linguini al dente and serve sauce over linguini with Soy parmesean (no lactose) or Romano cheese if desired, on top, when serving.
