Taco Heap

  1. Spread beans on a 12-inch round platter; cover with sour cream. Brown ground beef and drain; then stir in taco seasoning.
  2. While the beef is cooling, chop up the lettuce and drain very well.
  3. Dice tomatoes and onions.
  4. Spoon meat on top of the sour cream; then cover with lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
  5. On top of that put the cheese and black olives.
  6. It will be in layers.
  7. Serve with large tortilla chips.
  8. This is a great dip for parties!
