Taco Heap
- 1 large can refried beans
- 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- lettuce
- 3 or 4 tomatoes
- 1 large pkg. shredded cheese
- 1 c. diced green onions
- 1 c. sliced black olives (optional)
- 1 bag large round tortilla chips
- Spread beans on a 12-inch round platter; cover with sour cream. Brown ground beef and drain; then stir in taco seasoning.
- While the beef is cooling, chop up the lettuce and drain very well.
- Dice tomatoes and onions.
- Spoon meat on top of the sour cream; then cover with lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
- On top of that put the cheese and black olives.
- It will be in layers.
- Serve with large tortilla chips.
- This is a great dip for parties!
