Mini Crockpot Pumpkin Pies

  1. Spray 4 small mason jars or ramekins with non-stick cooking spray, (be sure they fit in your crockpot first). Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into jars, dividing evenly. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low 8 hours. Enjoy with Tru Whip if desired!
  2. (You can also bake the pumpkin pies in your oven. Place the ramekins/jars on a baking sheet, and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes, or until set.)
