Chicken Paprikash
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 pounds chicken jiblets
- 3 pounds ground chuck
- 2 carrots (sliced thin)
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- Meatloaf Mixture (with Matzoh Meal instead of bread crumbs)
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Paprika
- Pre-heat oven to 325.
- Place chicken parts, carrots, celery and celery in roasting pan; add salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder, and paprika to taste; add water to 1/2 height of all contents; bake covered until soft (approx. 2 hours).
- Make small meatballs out of chuck and meatloaf mixture.
- Remove roasting pan from oven; uncover and let sit 10-15 minutes.
- Place meatballs into mixture; recover; return to oven.
- Bake until nearly done; remove cover and return to oven until brown (approx. 30 minutes).
