Shrimp Creole

  1. Preheat electric skillet to 300u0b0.
  2. Saute onions, celery, garlic and mushrooms until tender.
  3. Sprinkle with flour and seasonings and blend in.
  4. Add tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Add green pepper and shrimp and simmer 8 to 10 minutes more.
  6. Grated cheese is also added with green pepper. Heat and serve over hot rice.
  7. Serves 4 to 6.
