Trail Mix

  1. Combine all dry ingredients with honey, sugar and spices until everything is coated. Spray a cookie sheet lined with foil and toast in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until brown. Let cool.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare dried fruits in separate bowl. When the cereal and nut mixture is completely cooled, add fruit and mix the whole thing together. If desired, sprinkle some mini chocolate chips or M&Ms baking bits on top. Store in a cool, dry place. Makes about 2 pounds.
