Cranberry-Glazed Turkey Loaf

  1. Cook sausage in a heavy skillet until browned, stirring to crumble.
  2. Add onion and celery; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Drain well.
  3. Combine sausage mixture, turkey and next 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
  4. Shape mixture into a loaf; place in a lightly greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until done.
  6. Pour off excess liquid.
  7. Transfer loaf to serving platter; spoon 1/2 cup Cranberry Glaze over top. Serve remaining glaze with loaf.
