Cranberry-Glazed Turkey Loaf
- 1/4 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 1 1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. raw ground turkey
- 1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Cranberry Glaze
- Cook sausage in a heavy skillet until browned, stirring to crumble.
- Add onion and celery; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Drain well.
- Combine sausage mixture, turkey and next 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
- Shape mixture into a loaf; place in a lightly greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until done.
- Pour off excess liquid.
- Transfer loaf to serving platter; spoon 1/2 cup Cranberry Glaze over top. Serve remaining glaze with loaf.
