Rosa'S Apple Cake

  1. Place a 1/2 cup of sugar and
  2. 3/4 cup of H2O in pot to boil.
  3. Peel the apples and cut and put into the boiling water and cook for a couple of minutes. Do not let them go soft, just enough to be a little cook.
  4. Put in the food processor:
  5. 2 cup of flour
  6. 3 yolks
  7. 1 bar of butter (110g)
  8. 1 cup of sugar
  9. 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  10. Mix the ingrediants in the food processor. Reserve 1 1/2 cup of the mix. Nutter an 8" cake pan (preferably a spring pan. Cover the bottom and the side of the pan. Try that the corner do not became to thick and it is ok if the top edges are uneven it make the cake look really nice in the end.
  11. Mixed the cooked apples with cinnamon and add the apples to the pan. Add the remaining 1 1/2 cup of the mix to the top of the cake. Add some sugar and add little pieces of butter to the very top and cook at 350F for 1 hour or until golden.
